I was so excited today to meet up with Ginger and her mom at their house and create some wall art to get those images off that USB and up on those walls!  We came up with this trio of 30″X30″ acrylic prints (shown here), a 50″X75″ wall cling in the bedroom and a 24″X40″ wall collage on acrylic for the bottom of the stairs

I am going to be adding in person post session consults free of charge to all sessions going forward.  Having access to my nearly 10 years of experience will help you all get those images off that USB and up on your walls (or in albums if that’s your preference) and PRINTED!  This is a time in history where our children (furbabies included) are the MOST photographed of ANY time in the history of the EARTH and yet they will have the least physical prints than ever before!  Let’s work together to fix that and work together to find something that works for your budget, your spaces and create real art that you will cherish forever!

Thank you for having me over Ginger (and Ginger’s mommy)!  I had a great time with you…glad to see that sniffer is working overtime still Ginger (she found a little speck of a dog treat that was floating around the bottom of my bag and wouldn’t settle down until we uncovered it and gave it to her hahaha)!

Hallway Wall Art

Wow!  It’s been a while since I have posted here!  If you want to see our most current content, please “like” us on our Facebook page by clicking HERE.  I know so many of you hate this wintery weather we have had in the lower mainland this year, but I just LOVE the fluffy white stuff.

I haven’t updated over here, but I have signed a book deal with Amherst Media for a book to teach photographers how to work with dogs!   Lots of writing to do means I have enjoyed my cozy days by the fire while the snow falls working on my book.  I took advantage of the last big snowfall to get our own furbabies out in it and get some photos of them!  Moose (the American Bulldog) is our newest addition and joined our family December 16th and Penny (the English Bulldog) just celebrated her 5th birthday with us!  I love these two snow dogs (okay okay, Penny hates the stuff, but Moose is with me on the fun and snow play haha!).

While I’ve been doing all this writing on my book, I realized it was time to keep up with these blogs more, so I made myself a strict schedule to share once a week at least (feel free to hold me to that if you are following!).

I hear there is more snow forecast for next week so batten down the hatches people and whether you love it or hate it, get lots of hot cocoa, marshmallows and blankies and make the most of it since it will be here either way.

There is a new photography forum that’s getting a lot of buzz from a group of us who used to participate in a different photography forum years ago.  It seems the old forum we all were a part of has lost it’s momentum and a group of women has created this AWESOME alternative!  I was invited to be a part of the small group for the soft launch and have been following and watching as this group evolves and expands.  It’s looking great and really brings me back to the days I participated on that old forum where I could get honest feedback, grow and practice photography.  I am so excited to be able to get active again with this and was honoured when they selected me as one of the photographers to be featured!  Now the hard launch has happened I can share the link with all of you and you can learn a little more about my business and about me as a photographer!
